The idea started around 2005 and the need for a Bangladeshi quality Marriage site. However, ultimately it did not come into existence.

As you need a physical office so ultimately it did not come into being.  We have thought things differently now. As per our policy, we do not post pictures of brides and bridegrooms on social media or our blog.

The reason is posting so many pictures and appears to be commercialized. The persons not marrying are viewing the pictures of to-be brides.(Almighty knows with what intention other people are seeing with). Any Islamic ally, the grooming candidate or Guardian visits the bride-to-be’s house and then eventually gets to see the candidate.

If it is a negative then no more seeing and talking to candidates. In the case of social media even if it is negative still pictures of both Bride and Bridegroom are online for eternity. This violates privacy as well as against the Islamic perspective.

Beebaho.com wants to solve giving access until a decision is reached. Then access will be removed.

We cannot guarantee that the candidate will be of good or suitable character.  Most of the information given will be reliable.

Once both sides start taking it is not our responsibility.  They may share more information as to their liking.

Most of the time in matrimonial sites pictures of brides (to be) or grooms become very crucial. But at Beebaho. com, we do not think this way.

The BeeBaho.com Story

BeeBaho dot com started with the idea in 2004. The thing is there was a necessity always felt that a quality marriage site was needed in Bangladesh.

Marriages were done traditionally and now with the internet recent entry into Bangladesh (1997), marriage site was necessary. Although a god jobsite called bdjobs.com was there already. There were plenty of matchmakers or Ghotok but thing is qualified people were not in the matchmaking business in Bangladesh.

We want partners to compliment us but thing is the perspective and requirements we think are important, the Ghotok’’does not understand in that way.

Anyway, going with the story

There was no such a site and when I planned this site, close family members taunted that “Are you married”?

Though a site was designed with a name (Beebaho, 2005) but ultimately it was not implemented. The concept of funding and venture capital was not there.

 Ultimately idea was shelved. But thing is I could not remove idea from my mind.    The idea was from the heart.

The Beebaho Dot Com policy

We have changed some of our concept with time and experience. That is profile information including pictures belongs to respective parties.

Usually what happens in most cases the CV with pictures are sent to respective candidates. The marriage did not proceed but each side is left with profile and pictures of respective parties. The future Bride groom is left with future bride’s CV and pictures regardless .also vice versa.

We give access to profiles fir time duration of marriage talks and in case marriage does not proceed, access to profiles and pictures is removed. That is a candidate do not have an archives of cvs and photos of respective future partner that could have been.

In short anything going against Islamic and Muslim belief, we do not implement or promote for our Muslim clients.

But it is fact family members would want to see and picture of future bridegroom or future bride.

How are we different from other marriage sites?

Well, this is a nice question. I would say in way we think. We think differently as our policy is guided by Muslim beliefs and the Indica Collection theme.

We think that people who take our services are like our family. This is why we have policy of not posting pics or profile information in any social media site or our website.

 A person does not search for his/her partner like they do for a product. Rejecting just based on a simple picture. Yes pictures are important and we have partner studios, to whom condition is given pictures of Beebaho’s cannot be posted online or any social media site.

Indica Collection is the main inspiration behind this site. In addition we need support from well-wishers and people who think there should be a quality marriage site in Bangladesh. I admit we are a startup but our dreams are big. Everything starts with a dream.

Registration Process

BeeBaho takes CVs of interested people by email and using Google forms.

The Marriage Process

1.   Email BeeBaho and register with us after paying our service charges.

2.   We analyze CV, photos and information given to us.

3.   Then a new format CV is given with suggestion to profile picture. We would suggest to take picture with our partner studios.

4.   From our end we will give access to 10 profiles which will match or come close.

5.   BeeBaho does not guarantee marriage. Only Almighty knows

6.   Information Verification may be done with relevant service charges.

Does BeeBaho deal with Hindu Matrimony Profiles?

Yes we do, but policy as per traditions of Hindu Marriage laws in Bangladesh.
